This guide explains how the self pickup option works at Seven Oceans HK, including eligibility, pickup arrangements, collection procedures, and important requirements before collecting your order.

Customers who prefer to arrange their own collection may use our self pickup service, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Self Pickup Availability

Self pickup services are available only at designated collection locations. Customers are required to contact our support team before selecting self pickup to confirm eligibility and arrange collection details.

Orders cannot be collected immediately after placement. Pickup is only permitted after customers receive confirmation that their order is prepared and ready for collection.

Advance Notice Requirement

Customers requesting self pickup should notify our team in advance before the intended collection time. Early notification helps ensure that orders are prepared and available upon arrival.

Requests made without sufficient notice may experience delays or require rescheduling.

Packaging & Special Requests

If specific packaging requirements are needed, customers should provide instructions when placing their order. Additional handling or packaging fees may apply for special requests or unusually complex requirements.

Responsibility for Third-Party Collection Services

Customers choosing to arrange collection through their own courier or third-party transportation provider are responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or issues that occur after the package has been handed over.

Self pickup is available during our business operating hours only. Collection requests outside standard operating times, weekends, or public holidays may not be accommodated.
